Previous breast augmentation with 460cc implants that are sitting too high and a significant volume of natural breast tissue that has dropped. Revised without requiring a formal breast lift but dropping the implant pocket and performing a dual plane muscle release.

Breast enhancement surgery is a common of all cosmetic surgical procedures, thus a consequence, breast revision surgery is also a common procedure. Whether the original surgery was a breast augmentation, breast lift or breast reduction, each of these procedures has its unique forms of potential complications that may warrant revision. This can involve a minor “adjustment” to a complete redo and “reconstruction”. This can be requested early after the initial surgery due to an unsatisfactory result, or several years later due to changes that have occurred over time.
There are many reasons why a person would require revision breast surgery, including:
